My face to face training is down from Plus Fitness in Belmont, a great gym with plenty of room to get our work done. It's hidden off the highway right next to Zaraffas. I also offer online training as well.
In short, you will receive a fully personalised program, designed to suit your goals, current fitness level and lifestyle. We will meet and talk over Google Spaces each week to discuss how the week went and find ways to tackle any challenges that might arise. We will monitor your progress together using the tools needed for you and make changes as needed. You also will have lifetime access to everything you receive.
The intro pack starts from $130.
All other programs are sold in 10 week blocks starting from $325
There are weekly payment options as well.
While I don't offer refunds in this instance, for short term sickness or holidays payments can be placed on hold for an amount of time depending on the package you choose. I understand that life happens to us all and can take special circumstances into consideration when they arise.
Are we ever really ready?
One thing we know from psychology is that motivation follows action. We will spend time discussing mindset and you will receive the tools to help you get around any mental roadblocks, we do this together. I will never ask you to do more than you are willing to. Your program will be carefully designed to suit your current fitness level and take into account any concerns, commitments or lifestyle factors outside of the gym.
